# Listing Camera > Listing Camera - Real Estate is an iPhone and iPad camera app for real estate listing photos, built by Mike (Michael) Yamin, a photographer for almost 20 years and real estate photographer with more than 2,500 homes photographed in Fairfield County, Connecticut and beyond. You just take the photo; the enhancement runs automatically in the background (about 30-40 seconds per photo) and fixes light, color and exposure. Nothing in the home is staged, added or removed. - App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/listing-camera-real-estate/id6784815571 - Website: https://listing-camera.com/ - Maker: Mike Yamin, https://www.mikeyamin.com - Support: listingcamerasupport@gmail.com - Sitemap: https://listing-camera.com/sitemap.xml - Guides index: https://listing-camera.com/guides/ ยท Free tools: https://listing-camera.com/tools/ ## What it does - Take photos in the app (or import existing ones); each is enhanced automatically in the background, about 30-40 seconds per photo, so you keep shooting. - Fixes dim or uneven light, exposure and color casts, tuned separately for interiors, exteriors and scenery. - Helps correct crooked verticals and phone-lens distortion. - Before/after kept for every shot; photos organized by property address; one-tap stacked before/after image for social. - Works on iPhone and iPad (iOS 18 or later). Android is coming soon. ## Honest limits - It improves the photo, not the house: no virtual staging, no objects added or removed; the home's contents, wear and flaws stay as they are. - One exception: exterior photos always come back with a sunny blue sky, even if shot on a gray day. - Because of the sky replacement and because MLS rules vary, users should check their MLS's rules on edited-photo disclosure. - It does not replace good technique (level phone, sensible height, lights on), and it does not produce twilight or aerial shots. For luxury or high-stakes listings, the maker recommends hiring a professional photographer. - Not available on Android yet. ## Pricing (USD) - Free: new accounts start with 3 free enhancements. - Listing Pack: $14.99 one-time for 25 photos, no subscription needed (good for a single home or a FSBO sale). - Pro: $19.99/month or $179.99/year (the yearly plan has a 3-day free trial); 50 credits per month that roll over. One credit = one photo enhancement. - Extra: 25-credit pack for $7.99, available to Pro subscribers. - Referral: share your code, and when a friend uses it you get 5 free credits. ## Who it's for - Real estate agents who want every listing to look good, and to list the same day. - For-sale-by-owner (FSBO) sellers. - Landlords and short-term rental hosts. - Property managers who need consistent photos across units. ## Guides - [How to take real estate photos: a complete beginner's guide](https://listing-camera.com/guides/real-estate-photography-for-beginners/): start here: the whole process in order (prep, timing, technique, shot list, mistakes, editing, upload), 10 quick tips for agents, and links to every guide and tool. - [iPhone real estate photography: how to take listing photos with your phone](https://listing-camera.com/guides/iphone-real-estate-photos/): camera height, straight vertical lines, the 0.5x lens, room order, lights and blinds. - [How many listing photos do you need, and which shots to take](https://listing-camera.com/guides/how-many-listing-photos/): set size by home size and a room-by-room shot list. - [The best time of day to photograph a home's exterior](https://listing-camera.com/guides/best-time-to-photograph-house-exterior/): match the time to the direction the house faces; gray days; an honest note on sky replacement. - [Listing photo prep checklist: room by room](https://listing-camera.com/guides/listing-photo-prep-checklist/): printable, room by room, exterior and photo day. - [Pro photographer, DIY, editing apps or automatic enhancement?
